Method — air: leak flow from orifice tables at 700 kPa (1.6 mm ≈ 3.1 L/s, 3 mm ≈ 12.3 L/s, 6 mm ≈ 49 L/s); compressor energy ≈ 0.4 kW per L/s delivered. Steam: Napier orifice formula, kg/h ≈ 0.247 × Pabs(bar) × d²(mm). Indicative only — actual losses depend on system pressure, compressor efficiency and control. An ultrasound survey measures each leak individually.

Small commercial pricing: $650 per single-compartment main switchboard and $100 per additional distribution board, plus GST; larger boards are quoted from photos because compartment count drives time. Sites more than 30–45 minutes from base attract a travel rate. Industrial sites, permit-to-work sites and programs above ~30 boards are scoped on day rates with travel, meals and accommodation and tolls assessed for the location.
